Return Eligibility

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
