How long does it take to prepare my order?

Each GlimmerHive piece is crafted to order using our signature embroidery process. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time                                                                    

When will I receive my package?

We offer worldwide shipping to customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and most European countries.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

• Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days  
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

3. Tracking Your Order                                                                                               

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

4. Address Changes                                                                                                       

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once processing has begun or the item has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
